Nordic Light Properties recently completed extensive renovations to 4 Karen Street – an office park in Bryanston, Johannesburg. The office park consists of three free standing buildings designed in an industrial architectural style.
PRODEC provided a detailed product specification which was followed meticulously, resulting in a superb finished project.
After applying plaster primer and PRODEC Barrier Coat for extra protection and durability, PRODEC Premium Sheen was used for the walls, brickwork was sealed with PRODEC Brick and Slasto Sealer and the metalwork was finished with PRODEC Acryglo waterbased enamel.
